Face to Face Interpreting

Where your client is a non-English speaker or has a limited understanding of English, we can provide you with a qualified, impartial interpreter to ensure effective communication and understanding.

We cover many areas but specialise in the legal and medical fields.

Interpreters

All our Interpreters are fully qualified within their field and hold a nationally recognised interpreting qualification. Interpreters receive regular professional development training to further enhance their skills. As a recognised learning and exam centre for the Institute of Linguist’s, interpreters are encouraged to improve and advance their qualifications.

Interpreters registered with our charity are fully vetted and hold an enhanced disclosure and barring certificate (DBS). All interpreters are legally affiliated with our charity through a signed arrangement, code of conduct and confidentiality agreement.

All our interpreters are easily identifiable as they wear a photographic identity badge displaying our charity’s name.
